Session Fees and Pricing
The following overview presents the prices for Asli Demirel’s services in the areas of individual therapy, coaching, art therapy, and stress management for entrepreneurs and organizations.
Individual Psychotherapy
- In German, Turkish or English - in person at the practice, by phone, or online
- 50 minutes per session
- Upon request, the consultation can be extended. € 25,- per additional 15 minutes.
Individual Coaching and Counseling
- In German, Turkish or English - in person at the practice, by phone, or online
- 50 minutes per session
- Upon request, the consultation can be extended. € 25,- per additional 15 minutes.
Couples Therapy
- Turkish, and English upon request, either in-person at the practice or online.
- 90 minutes per session
- If desired, the introductory session can be extended. € 37,- for each additional 15 minutes.
Group Therapy
Art Therapy- The fee does not cover materials. Participants should bring their own supplies.
- 90 minutes per session
Stress Management for Companies and Public Institutions
Workshop- up to 24 participants
- 8 hours per workshop
Long-Term Support – Subscription Rates
For patients/clients who require support for at least one year, I offer individually tailored subscription models. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
Reimbursement by Health Insurance
Statutory health insurance usually does not cover the costs of psychotherapy or coaching with Asli Demirel. However, services can be billed privately in accordance with the German Heilpraktikergesetz (Heilpraktiker Act). Private health insurance and supplementary insurance may reimburse costs, either fully or partially, in certain cases.
Terms of Payment
Payment is usually made in advance. Upon request, a certificate or receipt for your health insurance can be issued after payment has been received.
Psychotherapeutic services provided under the German Heilpraktikergesetz (HeilprG) are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 No. 14 of the German VAT Act (UStG).
Psychological counseling and coaching are subject to the statutory VAT of 19%.
Scheduled appointments are binding. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the fee will be charged.
