For many years, she has been supporting individuals with psychological or chronic conditions on their path toward greater stability, well-being, and joy in life.

About me

The psychotherapy practice of Asli Demirel is open to adults, adolescents aged 16 and over, and couples who are experiencing psychological distress, life crises, or personal development processes and are seeking therapeutic support.

Both individuals with an existing mental health diagnosis and those without a formal diagnosis are welcome, as well as couples who wish to reflect on their relationship, resolve conflicts, or explore new ways of connecting.

2. Psychotherapy & Coaching – Fundamentals

In the context of psychotherapy, many clients have an existing diagnosis, but this is not always a prerequisite at the start of treatment. Even without a formal diagnosis, an initial therapeutic assessment and joint goal-setting can take place.

Asli Demirel supports individuals facing psychological distress as well as general life challenges such as stress, lack of motivation, or seeking direction, and works together with clients to determine whether psychotherapy or coaching is the most suitable option.

Psychotherapy helps people cope with psychological difficulties, often with an existing diagnosis, and aims to stabilize and promote mental health.

Coaching focuses on personal growth, achieving goals, and decision-making, regardless of diagnosis. Both approaches strengthen resources and individual capability.
